Select a favorite photo (portrait mode is recommended, with the focal point centered).
After placing your order, email your image to support@pawsmartonline.com with your order number as the subject line. Ensure the photo is G-rated and fits your vision, as everything in the image will be woven.
Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a mockup of your product for approval. Once approved, your payment will be accepted and your order will be processed and shipped.

Production and Shipping Details

Each blanket is a custom-made item, taking 3-5 business days to weave after your mockup approval. Shipping is handled via UPS with USPS final delivery, typically taking 5-7 business days, depending on the season, location, and weather conditions.
