At PawsMartOnline, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct and undamaged product.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you simply discard it in the trash. There is no need to send it back to us.
• Wrong Item or Wrong Size: If you receive the wrong item or wrong size, we will still ship you the correct product. We kindly offer you the option to:
  • Keep the incorrect item, or
  • Donate it to your local animal shelter to help dogs and cats in need.
