Refund/Return Policy

At PawsMartOnline, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our refund/return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (with all tags and labels intact).
Items that are not eligible for return include:
Pet bowls and grooming supplies (due to safety and hygiene reasons).
Personalized or customized items.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at SUPPORT@PAWSMARTONLINE.COM  within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide the order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the item(s). PawsMartOnline is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them for eligibility, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 7-21 business days (depending on your bank) after the return is received and approved.
Please note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.If you have not received your refund after 22 days please contact us at SUPPORT@PAWSMARTONLINE.COM

5. Exchanges:
If you need a different item, color, or size, please contact our customer support team at SUPPORT@PAWSMARTONLINE.COM . Custom print items are not eligible for exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We may request photos or other evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) to process the return or exchange.

7. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the standard return policy applies.
